Been working on this a while, doing practices. This is the finished piece, a painting for someone who has been flying Apache helicopters in Alaska. I learned so much on this, and was thankfuk for my recent purchase of some Kevin Hill detail brushes for the heli. I learned so much and really loved trying something new!
My first thought was "Oh wow, someone photoshopped a chopper into a mountain painting". Extremely well done, the shading and highlights are outstanding!
