This is a study on Kevin Hill’s painting, quite challenging for me but enjoyed it and learned some things in the process. 18 by 24 canvas.

Thank you Pam and Sandy :) and I agree he is a bit harder to follow. I’m showing my age I guess but every time I see him paint I want to ask him “do your parents know where you are at?” He looks really young to me. Super talented artist. I have to watch his tutorial several times before trying. But it’s making me grow. Actually he kinda reminds me of a young Bob Ross.

This is a great version, lovely colours. I love Kevin Hill. He is softly spoken like Bob and his attitude is great. He does step things up a notch and I like the way he builds form and depth in the underpainting. It adds another dimension to things.
