Went with a tropical scene. Had some trouble with the palms but still learning something new each painting session. Enjoyed this one. 18 by 24 canvas.

Palms somehow a challenge for me too. More I look at them more difficult they seem to paint.
Your palm reminds me a note key. From music. I don’t know proper name for it, but the on that stands in the very beginning.

Yes palms drive me crazy. Kevin Hill paints them really well. I need to practice them.
