This was my 2nd attempt at alla prima. My branches are a little improved, but still getting used to oils.

If i may offer a tip?........the tops of your trees look better than the bottom, i suspect you may have been pressing a little too hard so there is very little seperation. Try loading only the very tip of your brush with a thin paint and tap gently picking out shape and form, also some cad yellow would give more contrast.....good effort Jamie!
