This canvas arrived damaged, so I put it to use for practice. I started practicing my evergreens, and I just rolled with it. This is my very first painting with no Bob on video right next to me. 😀 I feel like it needs something in the foreground but I couldn’t figure out what to do. 🤪
How about continuing the land down the left hand side and a large rock in the bottom left corner to turn it into more of a cove? The shoreline and water is very nice.
