I love that path going into the unknown. This turned out a cooler painting than i expected. Did a few different types of trees to see which i like more. Going to do something similar on a bigger canvas next.
Fallen trees are my new favorite feature in a painting. Added some "moss" to it.
I want to practice shadows and playing with light a little more.

@Ninoum Thank you so much! I am a big fan of your work <3 I have noticed that Marc's compositions are really the types i want to improve on. AND we both do it in acrylics so i love seeing how we both progress. Deep woods are also not mountains lol, I have been in a bit of a mountain rut and want more trees and foreground stuff

Love the feel of this one! The mix of trees works really well and you achieved a very nice mix of different colors! Also love the fallen birch!
