I really enjoyed making the old fence. I wanted a white foreground and wasn't sure in the end if its sand or snow.
I cant agree more. I was not happy with the limited colours requested by my SIL. This was my version of a painting she waned similar to with specific colours only.. It was supposed to be a white sandy beach with whiteish grass/wheat along the ridge.

Very much like your waves and the fence. I'm less thrilled with the with grasses, they curse somewhat with the white sandy beach.
