Followed a YouTube tutorial to practice fur and shaping/shading of an eye in preparation for a couple upcoming animal paintings I’m going to attempt. I ran out of steam with the fur so some places are a bit scraggly but overall I’m pretty satisfied with how it turned out.

It’s a leopard. My husband actually thought it was one of our cats and said that I have to paint him now since I already have practice on the eye and spots.
This is REALLY good Lilikins! You really captured the soul of the animal in that eye. Great job!! You are going to knock those animal paintings out of the ballpark and dazzle us all with your awesomeness!
