I need a lot of practice with a palette knife, so I chose this one from Painting with Jane on YouTube. It was done almost entirely with a palette knife (only the drizzly background with a one inch flat brush). Not bad for an abstract little painting.

Thanks everyone. The palette knife is terrifying to me. I'm glad I gathered enough courage to try it today. This one gives me confidence to tackle a Bob Ross palette knife mountain.
