I followed an Angela Anderson tutorial today to make these bird ornaments. I think they are cute. Fine details on porous wood is a little difficult. I used a lot of matte liquid medium to make the surface smoother to paint on. It helped a lot.

Thanks everyone. The little chickadee is my favourite too. I think it's because it was the last one I painted and I was finally getting the hang of painting them in that scale on the wood cuts. ☺️
