Meh. I think I may have overthought this one and fiddled it to death without much reward. My style seems to blend more with a Bob Ross quick approach. This YouTube stream (Angela Anderson) was 2 hours, which gave me way too much time to mess with it. Although it did give me a lot of fun tips and tricks. The sky is like 14 layers by now! Painting this definitely gave me the push I need to go off book. I think I do better when left to my own devices. I've got the basics of layering, brushes, blending and dealing with acrylics from all the wonderful tutorials I've been watching. Now I kinda just want to play (and do a Bob Ross when I need a confidence boost because they always turn out so nice).
