We're still in the middle of a blizzard here, so I painted where I'd rather be. I had a difficult time getting the neon pink to pop. The clouds could be better, but I love the tree.

Neon pink would pop if it is surrounded by more dark color and area of neon (like in geometry) need to be considerably smaller than surrounding area of dark. In here you have you wonderful neon surrounded by light pink which makes it lost due to lighter value of that light pink and area of dark is less than 1/3 of the painting.
