I was born with a heart defect and spent much of my childhood in the hospital. Instead of bringing me flowers, my dad would always bring me Smurf stuff. Now my dad is going into the hospital next week and I thought I'd paint him some Smurf stuff 😉 I sketched this out free hand from a photo I found on Pinterest. I painted it on water colour paper so that I could frame it and send it to my dad.
