This is a an old cabin located in one of the canyons above where we live. The painting turned out nice until I added the big tree in front and it kept growing. Ended up removing the entire top and redoing it. I was able to get it to blend into the existing bottom portion so I think I can live with it now.
That is also how it appears when you see the tree for real. I'm glad it comes across in the painting.
