I did this on 18x24 and following a Kevin Hill tutorial. I’m very drawn to his method of painting lately and the lovely soft colors in the paintings. I think I need to practice my liner grass work in the foreground too. Hope you enjoy as I am happy with this painting result!

Well done! Soft highlights on the back grass and trees is superb. I’ve found the shop towel to be very useful after watching some of his work.

@midnitepainter - I agree on the shop towel! It has helped me immensely to stop and dry up some of the oil paint so that I can highlight without making mud!
