I hadn’t painted in two weeks since I was on vacation but wanted to continue the summer beachy scenes. I had trouble with the Main wave on this one....I still feel like the color on the wave is too blue as I’m looking at it now. I really tried to concentrate on the sky here too. Critiques welcome.

What a beautiful scene. Your reflections and palms really set it off. I like the blue wave also. I’d like to sit on one of those rocks and enjoy the view and salt air!
The texture and color around the eye of the wave is very naturalistic and a wonderful focal point for this seascape!
