Those clouds have so much depth in them. Great job.
The great little secret of this painting is that I was on a boring work call so I put it on speaker and painted this in 20 minutes ;-) It actually looks better irl. Go figure!! Also, I've been playing around with tonal values I only used 3 colors- really 2. Titanium White, Cerulean blue and the slightest touch of French Ultramarine Blue at the horizon line
I am impressed. Colors on the photo look like indigo/Prussian blue.
Would it be possible to take a photo at day light and add as additional picture?
Master of clouds, ruler of skies .... simplicity often really brings out your masterpieces MHK!
