It started out as Gray Mountain and then I added rocks because now I have to have rocks in all my scenery paintings. Took me 2 hours but was well worth the time spent on it.

Looks great. I wanna add more rocks but they never look good. Bob does it real easy with the filbert but I haven’t figured it out yet. Anyhow, great painting!
Thank you McFrederick. Sometimes Bobs rocks method works great for me, and others I just lay a base and add the highlights and shadow myself.
