Albert Camus (1913 – 1960) was an Algerian-born French philosopher, author and journalist, who's renowned for his contributions to existentialism and absurdism. His works usually explore themes of freedom, meaning, and morality.
He won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1957 for his contributions to modern art. He emphasizes the need to confront life's absurdity with integrity and justice.
