The Battle of Moscow (1941 - 1942) was a conflict between Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union during World War II. As German forces advanced towards Moscow, the Red Army launched a counteroffensive which pushed back the invaders.
Harsh winter conditions and fierce Soviet resistance led to severe German losses, marking a turning point in the war and bolstering Soviet morale. It underscored the Soviet resilience and began a series of offensives that would drive them back.
There's something very special about how pencil drawings can capture wartime images so well. I don't know if it's because of all the black and white movie footage I've seen, but it really works. You did a great job.
