I painted this based on a photo years ago. I liked the transparency of the water in the foreground and the reflection in the background. I wanted to paint both. And I even tried to paint rocks sticking out of the water. I do not like the mountains and clouds. I had painted this before I saw any Bob Ross videos.
Yes, I found the photo on the internet. Although I lost that photo and I do not know where is it now. Probably it is Maroon Lake, but I am not sure.

The right bottom corner and water and stones under water look fantastic!
