I put glitter on this painting. It’s not really visible from this angle. I posted below another one taken from a different perspective with a different lighting and it shows the effect.

Thanks Tel & Jeffth! Living off grid with no technology would be a delight indeed! Just an easel, some paint brush and paint tubes would feel like a perfect life!
I have put glitter on all my paintings. It brings them alive. Some have only accents while others like this one look better with more. It's a real art to master though. Too much can kill the overall beauty of the painting.
I'd like to hear more about methods for applying glitter, how to control the amount and not have a huge mess on one's hands.
