Mighty river ( feedback request please)

I'll submit this now, looking at the photo I'm not as happy as when I'm looking at the actual picture. Think there's a few tweaks to do tomorrow but would welcome feedback please. Acrylics on canvas.

My only sugestion is to send it to me!

It is beautiful

I love the stacked stones and the ones on the bank, great job Nivek!

I really like this one. I love how the water comes out in different places. As for suggestions, maybe make the water on the left look less like a slope. Add little ledges and things for the water to drop off, more like steps than a slope. The water doesn't appear to be going anywhere once it lands in the pool. Maybe some brighter white rivulets spilling down the rocks in the foreground? It really doesn't need much. It's a really good painting. Just needs a few tweaks. Hope this helps!

Really a beautiful painting! Love the movement of the water!

This is a super nice painting Niv! Those flat stacked stones with the moss on them are beautiful. I am with Brian (Caylakas) about the water coming out in different places, I love that as well. I also agree with him about the sloppy water. Maybe making the water in that area leveled out or as Brian says, more like steps. Everything else look super to me!

You nailed it here. I see the water pool going into another fall on the right, and, a little stream on the left. No help to resolve any issues you see. Just what I see.

I think you did awesome painting Nivek! Only two things bother my eye:
1. Water from the left waterfall on the rock. While I understand that water is wetting the rock I would rather suggest to make the top of it horizontal by extending the stone.

2. Right above that water there is something that looks ambiguous but I think it might be additional stream going into your river. Maybe it the stone which is half submerged.

I would suggest to fix that water first without touching the stream/stone thing. Probably by fixing the water (item#1) issue with the item#2 will disappear by itself because high contrast area will be smaller.

Also I would suggest to subdue the waterfall on the right sight into the darkness a bit as viewer cannot decide which is main one and eye jumps between two not finding the piece in the scene. It also maybe an intentional thing to create a bit of chaos-y feeling. Thus it is your decision.
