Autumn scene. Happy with how the barn turned out, getting more confident with my building making 🙂.
Thank you 😊. First attempt at a barn so I was pleased with the result, and through some trial and error iv found that (for me at least) making fences with a filbert brush and then hi lighting with the knife, yields better results 🙂.
If you are interested in unusual approach for dead trees: I find it works better for me when I have canvas upside down to paint limbs with the liner brush as gravity has really nice impact on my hand.
Filbert is a great tool! Use it more and see how it will work for stones and even trees sometimes.
