I did this painting a few months ago.Its my birthplace back in Sicily.I hope you enjoy it.

Wow, this is beautiful. Over the summer I read a small book by Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa about a Sicilian professor's recollection of his encounter with a mermaid in his youth. It was a wonderful little story and this painting reminds me of that setting. Great work!
