Mountain Reflection

Pietro1963 08 Oct 2020

I'm happy with this scape now.Along with my" majestic" deer,I'm introducing Mr. woodsy owl and a distant eagle flying in.This painting shows some nice mountains and big evergreens which I enjoy painting very much. The reflections in the lake are also quiet enjoyable.Thats something I'm looking to improve on.They add so much to the art.I hope you enjoy.Cheers.P

Ah maty, your pop-up animals do keep my spirits upbeat! Thank you for that!!

Love those antlers on that deer! Puts a "five point buck" to shame! Which is wonderful because that means hunters have left him alone (as they should!).

I love your deer! He reminds me of the great forest spirit from princess mononoke. He certainly looks majestic enough to be a great forest spirit.

Ciao Steve,I did some art as a youngster, and architectural application in high school.I hadn't touched any art till lockdown as well.Bob Ross was on a pedestal as far as I was concerned.I would speak of getting into art, painting mostly ,last few years, and no time..and maybe i did not think I would get results I was looking for.My second painting was Bob's Midnight Moon..I was very pleased with it.I have done over 50 paintings and I can honestly say,I loook at painting as life long journey that has changed my life.Welcome to this fantastic sight.I hope you enjoy it.There are lots of great artists here.Cheers,P

Ok my friend I will keep a eye out for your next painting cheers stay safe
