I had it three weeks ago and now I have a herniated disc. But will not be operated on. Injection therapy and physio and that works very well 👍🏼🇩🇪🔪 get well soon Bro
Ho Dirk..I have a long history w back issues.If it's just herniated n not ruptured, you can heal ..have someone push your knees towards your chest one at a time n hold it few secs.That releases the nerve.the cat stretch n the superman stretch help.massage n accupuncture.mine was ruptured towards the end..I developed cauda equina syndrome which can lead to paralysis..I had to have surgery.no choice..I will say some prayers 4 you my friend!
