Inspired by "Through the Window", this is painted on a hardboard panel and put inside an old tray as a Christmas gift. I applied the highlights to the mountain in a similar manner to Bob's "Mountain Exhibition" painting, which was really fun.
Trees/bushes continue to be problematic for me- getting the shape right seems to be the biggest issue, but it'll 'click' eventually. Another issue is the brush bristles not wanting to stick together, no matter the amount of paint on them. I may try other brands of brushes at some point.
