Good day everyone, it certainly is one for me!
I am very happy with how this one turned out.
Yesterday I had a failure and had to, unfortunately, scrap the entire painting.
I guess painting is just like life, it has it's ups and downs...
Today is definitely an up.
I it think it turned out really well, the rocks are a little too bright and I should have made the left gesso trees a little lower down to get a better depth to the painting. Always room to improve.
Learned a lot form this one, especially how to the little grassy areas neatly, and how to do the little rocks correctly.
This one is very good for beginners, just like Bob says.
Anyway, I appreciate any and all feedback! And tips of course.
The canvas is 50 cm x 40 cm.
I like your strong moon glow. I had a canvas i was fustrated with that i burned. Good job!

I love it!! The dark "misty" forest and the water....I really like it!! And you should see some of the messes I scrapped with the canvas!!! I wouldn't even put them in the dumpster where I live for fear someone might find them and know it was me!!!!!🤦♂️🤦♂️🤣🤣
