A somewhat different approach Bill uses in this episode, which is also available on his YouTube channel.
Once the background colors are applied, the whole canvas is blended together. This creates the misty and colorful background.
An easy looking episode, which I found extremely tough to make it look the way I wanted.
On purpose I made the water darker than Bill did.
