Thanks to Dirk for the inspiration of this project. This has been my first painting after a tutorial of Buck Paulson. I think I will do several others in the future too. Even he uses some different brushes than I have I think one can follow him very easy.
And his paintings are somewhat different thank the tutorials I have seen yet.
Painting time 80 minutes. It is really tough to make a good photo from this. I used liquid black only. No preparation with black acrylics.
Oils on canvas panel 16 x 20 in (40 x 50 cm)
Simple but great! Nice use of contrast.
