I painted this one on 27th of December 2022. Exactly on this day our niece was born. So I decided to put in the full date (in Austria we use the DMY date format) and I will varnish and frame this one for her to remind her life long that this was painted on the day she was born.
Normally I only put in the year, not the day.
A very colorful episode from Bill, with an almighty mountain. I love paintings with strong red hue as you know, so I had to do this too. Quite a straight forward episode. And something different with the orange and mauve used.
