LOOOOOOOOVE it Tom!!!! I will def do this one. Is it available on video?

The sun rays poking thru the right, the shadowing on the trees, the shadow of the big tree on the right are sublime! Love the bushes. Looks like there is some gesso prep... Am I correct?

This is definitely awesome! Love everything about it!

Thats a Hammer . Super Realistic. Insane trees, Great 😎

Many thanks Nancy. I do not think this tutorial is yet available on YouTube but there are some other redwoods tutorials available by Bill. Maybe you find something there.
If you want exactly this episode I can send you pictures out of the book. (there is only the finished Painting and written steps + materials list available).
The painting is done on a white canvas only. No gesso applied. But it is acrylics, no oils.

Many thanks Sandy. Glad you like it.

Thanks a lot Dirk. It is from last Autumn, I don't have any time to paint currently :(

Very nice!

Thank you Coldethel!

Awesome Tom. The lighting/shading has captured me on this one.
