I haven’t seen a better way yet to create a rushing River than this episode by Bill. Absolutely like the technique Bill uses here, the water looks very realistic and there is so much power and movement in it.
This one is from the old ‚the magic of oil painting‘ series but a video tutorial is available on YouTube also.
This episode was when I really felt in love with Bills episodes.
Oils on canvas panel 12 x 16 in (30 x 40 cm). I will for sure do this one again in a much bigger size.

This was the first Alexander recreation I ever did with oils. At this time I only did a few ones with acrylics. Glad you like it!
