An other painting after instructions in Bills book ‚The magic of oil painting‘. The name of the episode is more a work title. A lot of the 13 episodes have a similar title, I won’t change it.
This is another one which I tested for a much more loose style. Foreground and highlights are made with the knife as well as the mountain areas. Only for the evergreens I used a 1 inch brush. The painting should show strong light against dark contrast as well as a few very strong light spots.
Oils on canvas panel 16 x 20 in (40 x 50 cm)
