1/22/23: Peaceful Easy Feeling (original)
Only 2 things in my mind when I started this one. Use a 16" canvas round and include a distant brown mountain. This one was composed on the fly as I went. I am fairly happy with this entire painting. If anything, I wish I made the water a bit darker. A cabin would have been perfect in this meadow. Maybe next time :)
For the picture, I just set the round canvas in front of a black canvas just for a clean background.
In keeping up with my trend of naming my original paintings after classic rock tunes, I am calling this 'Peaceful Easy Feeling', named after the tune of the same name by the Eagles :)
16" round canvas. Painting #76 in my awesomely fun Bob Ross experience. (fun fact: 29 of these are original compositions, rest are mainly Bob Ross paintings). Never created a painting in my life before Feb 1, 2022. I am really enjoying the journey.

Thanks Tom. I need to practice having on mountain in front of another. My mountains seem to always connect like 1 big mountain with several peaks.
