Tried to paint tulip garden. My first original painting attempt. Still need more practice for finer details and a realistic effect.
Very nice attempt! Agree with Terry that perhaps the tulips should be less regimental! Really pretty though!

Pretty colors that work well together. Your brush strokes are very good, consistent and not sloppy. I agree that a looser approach would be better here. I think gouache lends itself very well to beautifully loose paintings. Keep at it, you have skills to work with!
