I am not very good at finishing paintings so decided to try and complete a painting in under an hour in acrylics to see if I can loosen my style. This is the result. A3 Piece of paper. Quite fun definitely looser probably too floopy !! Should have left wire out. Will try again with a different painting

Dear David, thanks for your concern. Artistically I am on a (longer) break since way too much work nowadays in grocery garden and greenhouse, next to preparations for my Corona vaccine tomorrow. Missus was quite ill for a while after her shot, hopefully I can do better.
The fence with the barb wire was a great idea for this painting. Never mind the speed, as long as you can get on the canvas what you like, never worries there.

Thanks David! I had my shot yesterday afternoon, and haven't been so ill in over five years!! The fever and the muscle pains are the worst!
It will be a (long) while before I'll paint again! Much to my despair!

I think the wire is a main character/object in your creation David. Not only does it create depth, it is also very well painted and its colour creates variety with the background.
