I wish my 9th painting looked as good as this one.
I agree with TheLandscapePainter on the the waterlines...always horizontal. To me, It's not as noticeable on the foreground body of water as it is in the background.
One thing on highlighting bushes is I try to start highlighting just above the dark color. Maybe, someone else here can confirm or deny that technique.
Anyway, you should be proud of what you've accomplished here in just 9 paintings.

Your painting is coming along nicely. Mountains are always difficult to start with but you've got some great colours in there, lovely rich earthy colours. The shape is good, nice and choppy just how I like them. Your water does look nice, just a tip for you, water is always level. It's easy to do, no matter what else is going on in your scene, when you put your waterlines in make sure they are absolutely horizontal, it will make a massive difference. Bushes take a lot of practice. You're doing well, keep going.
