Another in my "animals in acrylic" collection. On a 16x20. This is from a Michelle the painter tutorial. I like that this composition leans in a direction that was not meant to be hyper realistic. I do not like to use acrylics for my realism paintings; oils only. And I really like the way this uses dark and light. Now he keeps staring at me.....like he knows something 😨 LOL
I like the play of light and dark shapes here. The eye looks like the moon and attracts a lot of attention!
