Practicing mountains with palette knife, I revised an earlier version of mountain scene on 9x11” canvas in acrylics
Mountains seem to always fascinate me, whether they are bare and rugged, full of greenery or covered with snow. In doing these landscape scenes, I try to practice as many elements as possible since I am not following a reference photo or painting and I seem to always end up with a similar imaginary composition of those scenes. Hopefully, when the right mood strikes, I will attempt some of those beautiful BR paintings.
