Today I decided to try to paint the beach scene with the dunes on the foreground, episode 9 of season 33 of The Joy of Painting with Nic Hankins, his 2nd season in this serie. Most difficult parts in my opinion were the big clouds and the vegetation on the foreground, most fun to do were painting the waves, the sand of the dunes and the flicking of some of the little things in the sand. I did it on wallpaper of 40 x 30 cm.
