From the Joy of Painting with Nicholas Hankins, third season, episode 6. Underground was partly liquid clear (in my case linseed oil) for the sea and liq. white for the other parts. The sky was painted with dark sienna and vandyke brown and a mountain mix (combined with pt.green) was used for painting the ocean! I did it on wallpaper of 40 x 30 cm. Just continuing my painting trip with number 601!
Number 601. Wow! I'm going to have to try out the linseed oil. I have some. Liquid clear is much tackier than liquid white, and I think it causes me trouble.
