This is the first painting I attempted, and I honestly messed up from the very beginning. I've been watching all the episodes and went in thinking "I got this!", but I didn't...haha I messed up the mountains several times, I messed up the tree (hence why there's no tree), and by covering the tree up, I lost any and all chance at depth between the mountains and foreground...so the mountains are more like little snow hills. xD I believe I know the mistakes I made, and I'm looking forward to trying again soon!
Keep at it. Practice is the key. You have taken the hardest step - getting started. Enjoy the journey :)
Nice start. It gets easier and better with every painting. I know, I am just starting too and other is a big difference from my first to my fifth.
A good first attempt, keep at it and youβll see improvement. π
Stay tuned and practice, practice practice The great artists always make it look very light but every picture has different challenges.. I started with individual elements at the time. Only mountains only trees and again and again And I'm still learning something about it with every picture . The more practice you have, the more you get further.ππΌπ©πͺno Mercy ,Fire in π

Welcome aboard! I agree with all of the above comments. You'll be amazed at how quickly you can improve with practice.
just like Bob said, if there's any secret to this, its practice!
