Painting # 95. I couldn't find a clever name for this one. I discovered a technique that is opening all kinds of doors lately. It finally clicked that I can use a Google Chromecast and send my phone screen to my TV, and then trace any outline onto contact paper directly off the TV screen. Possibilities are now endless. This painting was a test for an idea I have. It went well but this contact paper was awful. I recently bought new contact paper (duct tape brand) that is much better and sticks easier. I wanted to keep this simple and it took me under an hour to make. 18x24
Awesome idea to use TV as a projector of some sort! Fantastic bear and wolf!
Thanks for the feedback. This was using the problematic contact paper so you can see where I abandoned trying to cut the claws. So, this bear has claws on only some of its paws.
