Really enjoying these ovals. Tried an original today based off an image I pulled from the web. Somehow so satisfying when you pull off the contact paper… I may be addicted lol
You are really good with ovals. I haven’t been able to find a way to do that without frustration yet. Nicely done. Beautiful painting :)
I love how you extend the painting after you take off the contact paper. I need to see if there is a tutorial on preparing and using the contact paper.
Thanks all. Yeah the contact paper was tricky. Contact Brand did not work for me, didn’t stick. I got the contact paper at Walmart made for lining drawers but removable and that works really good. I bought a 16x20 oval canvas and that works good on the 18x24. I just trace that and then cut out very slow with scissors. I’m sure there is a better way but that seems to work for now.
