I posted this earlier and accidentally deleted it. I wanted to replace that version with this version where those butt cheeks would really shine!
In the past, you were able to leave your children in the car while running errands without fear of someone reporting it to the police. One lovely summer day during our childhood, my Mom made the decision to go downtown and purchase groceries at the IGA. She brought my brother Billy and me along, fully aware that we were a handful and prone to causing trouble in the store. To avoid any embarrassment, she chose to leave us in the car.
I can vividly recall our metallic green station wagon with its vinyl seats. As time passed, the car grew increasingly hot in the IGA parking lot. We had to find a way to cool down. First, we attempted to open the fly windows, but that provided no relief. Then, we tried rolling down the windows, which helped a little, but the heat was still unbearable. Eventually, we managed to escape the sweltering confines of the car and climbed onto its roof. Meanwhile, my Mom was inside the store, engrossed in her shopping, when suddenly a message blared over the intercom system, "LV, your boys are peeing off the roof of your car." Startled, she quickly abandoned her shopping cart, discreetly left the store, and rushed us into the car. She sped away from the scene. She probably would have preferred the embarrassment of Billy and me engaging in a fight in the middle of the store aisles.
Ha ha. Glad you like it Deb!
