I love this and I don’t see a transparent tree. The fog is fantastic

When I look at your painting, I’m not sure if it’s fog or if you purposefully want it to look a little bit blurry in the distance. Either way, I love it! It gives the painting so much depth and perspective.

Chris, if you take a look at the bottom of the big tree you can see the ground right through it ...now fixed 😁

Not really tel, but thanks for asking pal. I'm sat having chemo right now and it's only palliative. I don't expect I'll paint again but I keep dropping in just coz it's something normal to do, and I find it calming looking at everybody else's creations. I might have a go at doing some pencil drawings, I dunno if I can do it but you know me, I like to try new things. And there's no clean up involved, except in my case, a load of eraser dust😂

Love to see your drawings Helen, so sorry to hear about your cancer diagnosis, i know a little about the trauma of cancer treatment as i went through it myself 12 years ago....base of tongue and lymph nodes both chemo and radio. keep smiling Helen and keep popping in for a chat if you like, draw something and post it! 😉
