This seems to work in parts and not in others, i will have to give it some thought.....suggestions always welcome!
What is bugging you about it in particular tel? I see the top third blends with the bottom third. I think I would try to blend the middle third in with the rest of the painting by adding a little colourful glow to the mist in places, if that's possible to pull it all together if that makes sense.

Really nice work! Maybe make the far away trees a little more undefined to create depth? The closest should be the most defined I think?
