A complete novice with not an artistic bone in my body. Spent many months watching Bob on tv for relaxation and thought 'he makes that look so easy, I'll have a go'.

Did my first ever painting on New Years Day 2021 and haven't looked back since. Very fortunate to paint every week with 2 good friends (courtesy of Teams calls) and we learn from each other and lots of practise. Sometimes I can't wait a whole week to paint again and do a solo effort.

The biggest area I am still struggling with is putting highlights on trees and bushes anywhere near like Bob does but perseverance will pay off!
